(Preamble): Introduction 


This trust deed has been prepared for the establishment of "Shri Narsingh Bhagwan Beed Mandir" Trust, which will be operated in accordance with the Sanatan Vedic fundamental principles for the service of the Guru-disciple tradition and ancient Akhada voluntary organization.( Akhil Bhartiya Shri Panch Digambar Ani Akhada.) The main objective of this trust is to serve the Vaishnava spirituality, Naga, Avdhoot, Bhakti Gyan, Vairagya and all Sanatan Guru traditional saints and to protect their Vedic traditional rights along with social welfare and protection of ancient Akhada traditions.

3. Objectives of the Trust:

  A. Management, protection and religious activities of Shri Narsingh

     Bhagwan Beed Temple, organization and propagation of Vaishnavism

     and Sanatan Vedic traditions, spiritual education through Guru-disciple

     tradition, Ashtangyoga education, education, medical and financial 

     assistance to saints, poor and students. Service to Sanatan Vedic

     culture and Avdhoot, Paramhans, Naga, Tyagi, Mahatyagi Vaishnav and

     other Mahatmas, protection and propagation of all the rites and

     religious texts of knowledge, devotion, renunciation!

  B. Cooperation and service in Yagya Anushthan festival(National and

    International) Mahaparv (Mahakumbh), Saint Conference and Vedic

    Sadhana as per the Sanatan Vedic fundamental principles of the ancient

Vedic institution, Akhil Bharatiya Shri Panch Digambar Ani Akhada.


   C. Attainment of Moksha, Nishkaam Bhakti - Navadha Bhakti / Shodashi

     Bhakti and Establishment of Dharma, Spiritual Knowledge Bhakti 

     Vairagya / Sannyas, Ashtanga Yoga, Love Dedication, Knowledge,

     Character Building, Public Welfare, Yoga, Yogi, Saints, Scriptures,  

     Sanatan Vedic Guru-Disciple Heritage Traditional Guidance, Sadhana, 

     Service and organization for bliss, ideal life, self-knowledge through

     knowledge, devotion, renunciation, renunciation, education, attainment

     of the Lord, and Hari Guru Sant.


4. Appointment and Roles of Trustees:

 . A. Chief Trustee (Mahant: Founder Shri Purushottam Das will be the Chief

Trustee/President for life. The post of Chief Trustee will be nominated

by Mahamandaleshwar/Shrimahant (Akhil Bharatiya Shri Panch

Digambar Ani Akhada) as per Guru-disciple tradition. The Chief

Trustee/Mahant Shri will be the final authority for all administrative,

financial and religious decisions of the Trust.

B. Trustees:

   1.Chief Trustee: Shri Purushottam Das 

   2 Trustee. Shri Purushottam Das 

   3. Trustee Shri Madanmohandas 

     The trustees will cooperate in the daily affairs of the trust and work as  

     per the instructions of the Chief Trustee.

 C. Appointment of new Trustees:

  . Selection of new trustees by Mahamandleshwar / Shri Mahant Guru 

     Shishya Naga Parampara. According to tradition, the eternal Vedic,

 spiritual and cultural and Akhada's This will be done as per the basic

 principles and rules.of Digambar Ani Akhada.

. D. The Trust shall have a minimum of 3 trustees.

 E. A or few subsidiary organization will be formed to achieve the objectives 

of the trust.


5. Property and Financial Management:

. All the assets/donations of the trust shall be used only for fulfilling the   

   objectives of the trust The annual budget and accounts will be prepared

   by the Chief Trustee  

   And it will be audited by an independent auditor. The chief

   trustee/Mahant Shri and Joint signature of another trustee will be

   mandatory.


6. Meetings and Decision-Making Meetings and Decision-Making)

  .Annual Meeting: Will be held in the first week of March every year.

  .Emergency Meeting: May be called by the Chief Trustee.


Decisions: Ordinary decisions will be taken by majority. In case of a tie in

   voting, the Chief/Mahant Shri. The decision of the Trustee shall be final.


7. Amendments and Dissolution:


. Amendment in the trust deed can be done only with 3/4 majority.

In case of dissolution, the property will be transferred to Akhil Bharatiya Shri Panch Digambar Ani Akhada. Will be transferred.


8. Legal Compliance:

. This trust is written under M.P. Public Trust Act 1951 / Indian Trust Act 1882 and on stamp paper of Rs. 100 and fee of Rs. 100.
